Blue van constantly leaking oil on road in very large patches

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7594196.

A van in lay by it is constantly leaking oil. Lay by has large oil spills from leakage. This has been happening for approx 4 weeks now.
