Dropped kerb too high
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 16:45, Monday 19 May 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7591089.
When the recent burst water pipe was finally repaired, the dropped kerb is actually not flush and has a step now so it’s actually not useable for my mobility scooter.

This has just been marked as fixed but nothing has been done. The dropped kerb is still like a step and my mobility scooter will not go up it.

Resident has called in as this is the route they take to get the children to school and at present they are having to go a longer route due to the dropped curb not being in use, would this work be able to be marked as urgent and wotked carried out as soon as possible.

This drop kerb has not been fixed, when it was replaced after the water leak it wasn't replaced like for like, there is no access for wheelchair users or mobility scooters. There is a step here. This needs to be changed.
