Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7586123.

I have lived in this area for a year now and all this time I have never seen a displayed blue badge in any of the the three regular vehicles that use these two spaces I would like to use one of the spaces myself as I have just been awarded a blue badge, I have my doubts if any of the vehicles have a blue badge so I would like this looked into and this abuse stopped
