Barbed wire in hedges

There is some barbed wire in the hedges and this is a health and safety issue. My dog got stuck in this this morning but luckily his harness took the brunt of the barbed wire and he didn’t get hurt. This is dangerous for dogs, kids and wildlife as it is very hidden until you’re right next to it.

Location has uploaded wrong. This is next to the public footpath after the crossing on Ecton brook road as you head towards the play area.
