Weekly Fly tipping blocking entrance to strategic clean water supply reseviour which requires 24hr access

Every week there is new fly tipping outside our clean water pump station which is critical to the cities clean water supply. I work for United Utilities Water and look after the site and it's becoming increasingly concerning that I continue to have to move what could be disease infested waste out the way of our site and other colleagues. I will now be reporting this to management within UU and requesting a site meeting to discuss how this can be resolved by the council installing cameras to identify the people responsible for this.
