There is damaged road and potholes between what3words ref ///insiders.frosted.baroness and .///bleat.corkscrew.organs. The road is constantly under water because of a spring in the verge. The spring needs to be diverted into the neighbouring stream to avoid frost damage to any repair that is carried out.

One small pothole has been patched, thank you. However the worse damage has not been touched - see pothole full of water. There is a spring which is keeping the road waterlogged and which damages the road. The spring needs to be diverted to the nearby stream and the road need resurfacing with proper falls to the drain. The drain needs to be cleared.
