Road breaking up at the bottom of the hill

Road is breaking up on the Oxfordshire side of the border making it extremely dangerous on this blind bend in a car and nearly knocks you off your bike as it’s so bumpy. Potholes are spread across the width of the road forcing cars to use the middle of the road leading to numerous near head on collisions.
