Long branches are overhanging property and are knocking broadband cables causing outages

  • Photos shown are trees that are encroaching our property at 202 and 202a Kingsley Road. The landlord of 202a is responsible for the encroachment as he also owns the property next door from where most of the trees overhang. Can a tree inspector arrange to view the encroachment and advise next steps.

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - We would only deal with any encroachment over the public highway. Another letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a follow up inspection will be carried out within 14 days.
