Tree has caused problems for years, side walk is damaged due to root growth. The sap and bird poo has caused damage to my car and my daughter’s car as it hangs over my drive way. Leaves that fall off go all over my property which I have to pick up and pay to dispose of, they make my drive and path slippery and dangerous and have caused my children to fall.
