Overgrown hedge
Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 16:50, Friday 16 May 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7580011.
The hedge needs cutting back as it’s making foot access awkward and very dangerous. Many school children walk from Chiltern Grange to the buses on Blacklands Road and they have to walk along this part of the pavement.
Council ref: ENQ251048016

It’s worse than ever, my daughter walking with her bike had to go on to the road to be able to get through safely and that road is definitely not the safest to be walking along. Accident waiting to happen

Unable to get a pram past the overgrown hedge now and my older son has had several scratches from the thorns on the bushes as I won’t let him walk on the road.

This hedge has caused the footpath to be unusable. Many HGVs use this road and having to walk on the road to avoid the hedge, will inevitably cause a serious accident/collision very soon.
This hedge needs urgent attention.
