Tesco Express cages left on pavement (again)

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7579414.

Despite being asked recently by council Environmental Health, and Tesco Express management agreeing, they are STILL leaving milk cages out at will, for hours at a time (overnight too I suspect) right next to a busy pedestrian crossing.

This is repeat behaviour and been going on for years. Previously council Roads told them NO cages were to be left on this pavement.

They clearly won't change until someone ENFORCES. The time for cosy chat is over.
