As no 2/ has allowed Cheshire East contractors to use the bottom of his property for storage of excavated spoil and construction materials dumpers and diggers. This has caused damage to the existing driveway and pavement outside number 2022 and Grove farm as we have experienced delays and inconvenience for many weeks now on the driveway and pavement surface are badly damaged. We would insist that Cheshire East resurface the pavement repair the broken curving and also repair the driveway where has been damaged by the use of heavy machinery as basic compensation to the residence who have allowed Cheshire East contractors to store spoil and the materials and heavy machinery on their property without complaint. I think this is the bare minimum of compensation for the inconvenience.
