Hedge obstructing footpath from School Lane.

At the top of the footpath leading from School Lane to Monteagle Lane, an overgrown hedge is obstructing the path. It is over the manhole covers as shown in the photo, and it's nearly impossible for two pedestrians to pass without one going onto the grass, which is undesirable if pushchairs wheelchairs or mobility scooters are involved. (It's also wearing away the grass.)

    Wednesday 12 November 1025: NO VISIBLE CHANGE.

    My photos show how far the hedge overhangs thr footpath, and that even encloses a street lamp post at one point. The hedge should be behind the lamp post.
