Trees are overgrown

The trees now are huge they block the light and are a menace in the autumn.. they are particularly bad at night because the street lighting is so poor. It is now pitch black along the path which is also bad as the paving is uneven. My husband is disabled and cannot negotiate along this path without help if its dark its also dangerous to not be able to see anyone walking along the pavement or to avoid scooters and cyclists who have no regard for residents . They need cutting down considerably.
