Spinning cone not working

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7578342.

I am a vision Rehabilitation Specialists working with a visually impaired client in the area. The spinning cones on the controlled crossing, both sides of the road are not working. This restricts my clients mobility and independence. Please can the spinning cones but fixed. Many thanks
