I Saw 2 council workers twice today riding quad bikes ,with some sort of fluid filled tanks on.They were driving down whitwell close one completely riding on the pavement ,then when they reached the bottom of the road they raced up to the top of the road no spraying was being done.Then they were seen in Marsh farm just seemingly joy riding around.This is totally unacceptable.The edges of pavements are full of weeds and guess they were supposed to be spraying the weeds.Cant really believe what I was seeing and on the pavement.
