Usual hot spot street bin, usual flytipping

This is a weekly occurrence, and has been for years.

Having got rid of the (reported) mass flytipping (clearly some domestic construction work was happening), we are now back to the usual commercial waste - black bags, cardboard, plastic crates.

Management options: 1) Visit local shops & instruct / warn 2) Put warning stickers on the bin (you've added a warning to all the new bin hubs...) 3) Both the above 4) Do nothing for another 6 years
