Graffiti on bus stop structures
Reported via desktop in the Graffiti category anonymously at 10:58, Thu 15 May 2025
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7573129.
There are now three bus stop structures that have been damaged by graffiti two on Newport Pagnell Road either sided and the third on Landimore Road approx 250metres along. These have been damaged for several months and the issue appears to be spreading.

It was noted that the three shelters had been “cleaned” however it appears that the two on Newport Pagnell Road have been left in a worse state. It’s looks like they have been jet washed and the paint has been pushed all over the shelter and allowed to dry. The third has been cleaned excellently thank you.

A resident came into our office yesterday rather concerned that the bus stop that was cleared of graffiti has been left like the attached photo. It appears that some product used to remove the graffiti has ran all over it and looks horrendous. It's encouraging fly tipping. Concerned that WNC has paid for this to be cleaned and in fact the cleaning looks worse than the original graffiti. Despite updating the ticket no further action has happened. The resident also emailed Street Care services providing them with photos on 11th June and again on 26th June with reference EMA126945 they have received an auto response stating they should receive a response within 5 days - but this isn't the case. PLEASE ENSURE THIS IS CLEANED PROPERLY AND THE COMPANY WHO ORIGINALLY CLEANED IT ARE SPOKEN TO AS LEAVING IT IN THE STATE AS PER THE PHOTO ISN'T ACCEPTABLE USE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY - THANK YOU
