Possible abandoned caravan

This caravan appeared approximately 6 weeks ago and has not been moved since. I suspect it might have been abandoned.

It’s not causing an obstruction per se, however, parking spaces are few and far between on this road so if it is abandoned, it needs to be removed. If it is parked legitimately, then I think by law it ought to have lights on at night.
