Overgrown large bushes with large trunks and roots

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7569020.

Publis space green backs onto our detached garage. Recently trimmed by you. Now able to access the back of our garage. Have now noticed that the trunks to these bushes are quite thick and sturdy and appear to have the potential to cause damage to the wall of our garage. Would like someone to come out to view and advise please.
