Windsor Road needs cleaning AGAIN!!!

Once again, Windsor Road needs cleaning especially on the pavement next to the garden walls where some weeds are now hiding the rubbish. A lot of the litter seems to be spreading from rubbish that is regularly dumped in the alleyway between No.2 and the garage next door. I have reported this issue several times but nothing seems to be happening.
