Footpath uneven due to tree roots

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7563405.

I tripped over the uneven footpath last week that seem to be from the roots of overgrown trees in the back garden next to the alleyway. I grazed my knee and bruised both my hand and wrist and am now suffering with back and neck pain as a result of the fall. The footpath is extremely uneven.
