Glass bin left right next to library

Last chance to apply some common sense and get this peripatetic bin's location finally sorted else another formal complaint goes in.

Although now moved away from the library's front entrance (only following a complaint), it's now directly beside the 'quiet' reading room. Glass bottles being dropped and smashed outside same is NOT a clever managerial strategy.

Now if only there was a HUGE space opposite that no pedestrian (or anyone else) uses that could easily and safely accommodate the bin away from the library / stop blocking the well-used library-side pavement Oh, there is. Please use it.
