Large "pothole" / scoured surface on steep road.

The problem has existed for a long time, probably years. It tends to get worse as a result of heavy rain, particularly in winter. It is a hazard that may particularly affect cyclists going down hill or vehicles that are too narrow to straddle it.

  • Thank you for your report. This track section is nitbsuitable fir vehicles and as such there is a sign at the bottom of the hill stati g that. It is more like an off road bridleway and as it has vehicular access plant machinery cannot access it for repair also.
