Overgrown trees!

Again I have to report that the trees in the flat gardens behind me have been left to over grow. They are too high blocking out the sun in the afternoon. The branches are nearly touching the flats and the houses! Plus I’m allergic to the pollen. Just how far are they going to go with letting these trees over grow? Until there is damages to properties?

Updates

No one came to look at the trees. A large branch even fell in my neighbours garden which could have seriously injured someone and yet the council still do nothing!
