Poor highway condition

Yesterday I travelled along Barby lane. The final mile as you approach the village of Barby is an absolute disgrace and it would be no exaggeration to say it is dangerous and a risk to life. The surface is all over the place and even at low speed presents a risk. It is one of the worse roads I have ever seen. If someone loses their life on there it will be the counties responsibility
