This Communications (?) Box door was wide open with nobody in the vicinity. There is a securing lock on the door, but no means to lock it (key). As it is exposed to elements, it could cause an outage? or possibly danger to pedestrians? I don't know, but I think it needs sorting.

Updates

Possibly fixed, as I noticed that sticky hazard tape had been applied to the door, which was closed. NCC had no interest in resolving it, and had asked me to contact BT... to which I declined.
