Steel cable over hanging the verge onto the foot path

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7552531.

There is a long steel cable, stuck in the ground, that overhangs the footpath. This is in a loop and represents a trip hazard. This is a healthy and safety matter. It is situated on the verge outside 24, Penfold Lane and adjacent to 1, Penfold Gardens.
