Automatic bollard damaged car

Hello,

The light went green so I drove forwards and the left bollard hadn’t gone down (I obviously couldn’t see this from the driver side, but the light was green anyway), as you can see it was only the left bollard, no damage to the drivers side of the car. I phoned the out of hours number straight away, and also emailed the next day. I have only just heard back and was told to do this report. The damage to my car needs to be fixed asap as it is now scraping on the floor when I drive it
