Excessive brambles coming into my property from a public path

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7551295.

This is an ongoing issue has previously been reported, with no action taken. Excessive growth of brambles on a public path that is now coming into mine and my neighbours property, causing our children to have to be cautious when playing in the garden so they don't get stung. Have tried pesticides myself but needs something stronger than I can buy. Please sort this out
