Debris on Road Whitnash Road / Hom Farm Crescent

There is a large amount of Granular Sub Base type material left across the road surface of Whitnash Road junction with Home Farm Crescent. Looks like construction material from one of the building sites like the one at the bottom of Golf Lane.
