Obstructing street

Pirana restaurant 7-9 st James street put cones outside street on single yellow line and the general manager of this restaurant and the 2 security guards don’t allow people parking cars on single yellow lines for no reason unless they taking money from people who need to park . This is happens every day just after 6:30 pm and people lives in the area very upset about it because it’s not legal. The security guards they scaring the public and shouting to anyone need to park the car because they put these red cones.
