The roadmarkings at this junction appear to be heavily worn or are missing, which results in near misses due to vehicles drifting from own lane to the left or right into occupied lanes. Image is from satellite imagery so it is unknown how long this intersection has been like this. I suggest renewing the roadmarkings in the first instance followed by a review of the necessary markings.
