Major damage to the pavement with large loose rock lying on street. Bollard is mobile so could be thrown through a window. Major trip hazard for pedestrians.

    This is a major trip hazard please can tape be put around to highlight the trip hazard, SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE NEARLY FALLEN OVER THIS
