DPD Van Parking on Doubles overnight and taking Church parking away

There is a DPD van (one of a many) that are abusing the lack of enforcement of the parking zone.
Everyday it takes the 2 hour parking space away from people and the church by parking from early afternoon and overnight.
When they can't park there, they park overnight on the double yellows across the road and then run off before 9.
It is taking much needed short parking, that was fought for by the church community, as free commercial parking for DPD.
Our street aren't free yards for couriers and awful broken down vans. The lack of action is making where we live and bring up our kids a dump.
