Wentworth Court has two recycling bins that have not been attended to for many weeks. Boxes and cartons are being dumped around our service road entrance. I am a member of the Erdington Litter Busters team and havesdpent over an hour breaking down dozens of boxes and putting the pieces into blue BCC refuse sacks. We need action here ASAP.

Yes- the Waste Management Dept staf damaged the communal bin at this postcode (B24 8QN) some weeks ago; it has a damaged wheel so it lists heavily. This bin should serve 18 flats in Block A at Wentworth Court. The bin was not rrplaced or repaired, but when it was finally emptied in mid-April, the bin wasn't returned to where it had been taken from to be emptied. It was left on the access / parking road outside the block of flats and got moved to the side as it was blocking the road there. It has since become an open bin for fly-tipping, so the problem continues and was entirely created by your own Waste Management department's incompetence and negligence. I also reported that one of the recycling bins (for mixed materials collection) was removed at the same time, so there is now only the paper / cardboard bin to use for the 42 flats in the Wenrtworth Court estate. The situation, along with the lack of a regular domestic waste collection, is quite unacceptable.
Please attend to and resolve these problems ASAP.
