First tree on right side of U3014 past dunstan square turning

This maple tree is in very poor condition for around a metre above ground level for approx. half its girth. I reported this last summer without any action being taken and fear that a bad winter storm might fetch the tree down. There are communication cables running thro' it's canopy. All I ask is that it is inspected and assessed as to what action may be necessary if any.

Why doesn’t someone follow this up with the responsible department? What is the point of leaving a response to the questionaire if it doesn’t get responded to. Come on guys get a grip.
