Poor installation of gateways

After great expense by our Parish Council, this particular gateway was put in poorly. It was installed leaning, not slightly, but it's way off. The council doesn't expect such shoddy work considering the outlay. Please return asap and do the job like it should have been done in the first place.

  • Made a phone call to the council and was promised a call back. No response after a month. Shocking standard of work and customer service.

  • Council have been contacted twice since this report and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's an absolute disgrace.
