Motorbike being rode through park

There is an ongoing instance where a guy is riding a mini motorcycle through the park a few time a week in the afternoon. Is it possible to start doing inspections of the park to try and catch the person?

There are young kids running about and I’m worried one could get hit, plus they are damaging the lawn.
