All the fence is falling down ' on public footpath , the fence is situated at the bottom of 90 Durham st, we're the waste land is, along public footpath to other council houses

  • I had to tie the fence to the post ' it's not my responsibility because it's a council fence ' people use that footpath to get into there gardens' if it falls on anyone it could cause serious damage ' it's very heavy ' it needs sorting quickly
