Danger to life - URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

Walking along the pavement this morning I was nearly killed! The hedge is so overgrown, you can not get through on the pavement. You have to step into the road and this is A415 - very busy and at a very narrow point. This is the pathway between a school and it's nearest bus stop. Will it take for a child to die before anything is done about this?!?
