I have tried to phone the emergency number with no answer. I was unable to add the photos to the existing notifications but this is extremely dangerous and I can't believe that in over 24 hours it has not been screened off before someone has a very serious injury. It is necessary to walk on the road to go around it and not protected in the dark.
