A tragedy waiting to happen

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:01, Thursday 8 May 2025

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7539485.

This is one of the most dangerous junctions I’ve ever encountered. At a blind corner in Southfield Lane at Woodbastwick, near Norwich, the white stop lines have completely rubbed off. Anyone approaching from the direction I’ve marked with a green arrow will have no idea that vehicles coming from the left (red arrow) - which they won’t see - have priority. That will certainly lead to a crash. This is ridiculous. The white lines need to be repainted urgently before someone is seriously injured or killed.
