Good morning. Mr Hatton of Gordon Hatton drains inspected the property. Mr Hatton has advised that foul drains at the property running okay but still require repairs. He reported that the surface water drains are not flowing and are blocked. They are silted up and are unlikely to cope with any significant rainfall, possibly leading to ground flooding. He believes that the road drains are blocked as he cannot clear the drains in the garden. I am hoping to make an insurance claim in order to rectify this problem but cannot do so until the blockage in the area for which you are responsible has been cleared. Could you do this soon as the work needs to be done before damage is done to the property? Thank you. Nigel Atkinson
