Constant parking on double yellows outside takeaway

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7536998.

A small blue car is always parked on the double yellows just before the junction to church road during the takeaway opening hours. Clearly someone who works there or a delivery car. Other cars (users of the takeaway) also park on the double yellows to go an order/collect food.

Parking blocks the traffic going towards altrincham road causing cars to have to swerve out into the oncoming traffic to pass. Vehicle is also blocking enough of the pavement to cause issues for disabled people or buggies to pass. Issue has been ongoing since takeaway opened.
