Constant parking from workmen on double yellows

Completely blocks the pavement. Disabled people and buggies cannot get through and no safe crossing anywhere near.

Completely blocks the road, all times of day including significant traffic causing massive hols ups as cars from both directions get blocked at the crossroads due to cars having to drive onto the other side of the road to get around.

Issue has been going on since the works began. The driveway to this house is enormous, absolutely zero excuse for causing all this disruption and danger to pedestrians.
