Avtar construction did not complete works

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7535325.

Avtar construction had a permit for completing the footpath and roadway, however only completed the footpaths. There has been no resurfacing to the carriageway and the white lining has not been completed. The access into the estate is causing issues due to the failure to complete this, leaving a sharp and severe lip onto the paved section which has caused numerous popped tyres and then results in blockages onto the B4019.

  • Thank you for reporting this. We have passed the information onto the developer as these works are within their control. We believe the ‘severe lip’ is within the developers site access. The developer is in contact with Network Management to arrange road space for these works to be finalised.
