Now a car park

The whole of Linnets Park is now a car park with every pavement now unusable, I am not exaggerating when I say that you cannot walk on any public pavement around Linnets park unless you use the road, Luton Head vans and normal cars are parked on every pavement in the close now with nothing being done to clear the issue, it's worse after 5pm and weekends but most days are bad now, can some traffic enforcement be done on the Linnets Park Estate before someone or some Kid is hit by a car?
