Sign wrong way round

The sign is the wrong way round. Shows 30mph on one side of the road but 20 on the other.

Road surface is bracing down at the junction of Hesledon Av and Trimdon Av next to the new medical centre This is due to poor work by contractors who put a trench across the road for drains and power This urgently need repairing by the contractors
