Very overgrown grass & vegetation, obscuring the visibility

Quite a dangerous junction at the bottom of Harcourt Hill, now the vegetation between the bottom of Harcourt Hill and the A34 is obscured people coming down. Harcourt Hill cannot see cars exiting at that point from the A34..

  • The vegetation has grown so much now that one cannot walk along the pavement or see cars when trying to cross. Also as a car driver, the vegetation obscures pedestrians and cars exiting/entering Harcourt Hill and Westminster Way. This is the worst it has ever been in 26 years!
